I am a Certified Health Coach, Nutrition Coach and Personal trainer as well as a wife and Mama to two teenagers!  I live on the beautiful West Coast, in Vancouver BC.  I love hiking, aerial silks (think Cirque du Soleil, but not nearly at that level) hand stands and surfing!!  I have a passion for travelling, cheesecake and great coffee.

My health journey began when I was 18, I had been a nanny in New York and did a lot of sampling of all the different foods the Big Apple had to offer.   It was the first time in my life when I ate out whenever I felt like it, trying new foods and different restaurants.  I was in complete culture shock, New York was so exciting and different from Vancouver and I wanted to try everything.  It wasn't until I returned to Vancouver that I realized I had gained 20lbs, how did this happen??  


Oh ya, the big pretzels, bagels with cream cheese and lox.  I knew I had to make a change so I started taking fitness classes at the local community centre and loved them, the music, the people, it was the beginning of the step class craze and it was a lot of fun!  I was onto something..... so I took it one step further and joined a gym, started strength training and changing my eating habits.  My body changed and my energy went through the roof,  I felt confident and happy.  I wanted to share this feeling with other people so I decided I would go to University and study human kinetics so I could learn more about the human body and how it moves. Since University I have continued this lifelong passion for learning about health.  I read about it in my free time, I listen to podcasts daily when I am walking or doing household chores.  I am interested in anything pertaining to nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditation, supplements, bio hacks, you name it I have researched it, I am a complete health nerd. 

I now help people live their healthiest and happiest lives. I have been doing this for over 25 years in various forms from Corporate health, personal training and health and wellness coaching.  I work with clients who are stay at home moms and dads, athletes, CEO'S, seniors and everyone in between. I love connecting with all types of people. As a Health Coach I am here to support and mentor clients to live their best lives through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals.
